Adl Design

The ability to combine technical-aesthetic quality with high technology is the result of Massimo Luca's intelligent sensibility, which, together with his professional experience in the world of interior design, soon made it possible to cross national borders and make ADL one of the most important players on the international market. After studying urban planning at IUAV, the technical university in Venice, Massimo began a twenty-year career in avant-garde design studies, where he was in contact with many important designers. After that, he collaborated with relevant companies from the world of interior design, from kitchen planning to furniture and high-tech aluminum products. His cultural exchanges with designers such as Karim Rashid, Carlo Colombo and Ross Lovegrove were also very important to Massimo. His many successful projects are now housed in buildings created by Armani Casa, Matteo Thun and Renzo Piano. The stylistic exercises he did during those years, together with the fundamental study of materials - especially the harmonization of aluminum and glass - led Massimo Luca to develop an eclectic way of thinking that goes beyond mere aesthetic skill, leading his design objects into the land of hi-tech functional innovation. Therefore, its doors become not only interior objects, but also move into the future in today's living spaces, openings that do not partition spaces, but create synergy between them, thus creating what Ludwig Mies Van der Rohe called "spacious spaces".

Quadra

The Quadra collection combines technical precision with minimalist aesthetics. The door frame, characterized by a square profile (36mm wide and 38mm deep) with a central glass panel, is designed to allow large panels (up to 7 m² for sliding doors) and create real movable walls.

Forest

Forest is a new system of partitions/screens designed to create intimate spaces within the same architectural space, without completely dividing it. Thanks to the unique panel, without glass parts and characterized by vertical frames that are connected by refined cylindrical partitions, the spaces are visually separated, but light and sound can pass through them.

Mitica

The Mitica collection is characterized by careful aesthetics, which is reflected in the aluminum profile surrounding the central glass panel, as well as in the geometry of the door frame, which consists of vertical parts with a width of 18 mm and transverse parts with a width of 36 mm. Thanks to the high manufacturing technology and the historical context of the product, Mitica doors are available with all types of opening systems.

Kinetics

The Cinetica collection is characterized by a lively and innovative aesthetic inspired by the art of the 1960s, when the visual expression strove for a sense of movement, hence its name. The sophisticated combination of solid wood panels with incised grooves, which can be arranged in different positions and then mounted on an aluminum supporting structure, makes Cinetica an adaptable and surprising door.

Children

The Deco collection reinterprets the fascinating style of the turn of the century in a contemporary way. Typical geometric shapes determined by the intersection of vertical and transverse elements, combined with blind panels, create three new sophisticated versions.

Grande Officina

The Grande Officina collection offers an industrial style aesthetic with oversized doors. The use of customized aluminum transverse bars, to create different grids, allows differentiating the types of glass on the windows, creating surfaces with sophisticated visual richness. In addition, the door is customizable with three different aesthetic variations.

Style

In the Style collection, the deep aluminum frame (60 mm) and the double glass panel are assembled with a 45° joint, creating a perfect connection between these two materials. This construction detail gives the door a monolithic appearance that is ideal for an innovative and unnoticeable opening system without protrusions, with a pronounced personality.

Japan

The Japo collection, characterized by elegant intersections between vertical posts and thinner horizontal cross-sections, evokes the fascinating style of Japan. The doors are offered in three different vertical profile variations that create three different versions of this style.

Workshop

The Officina collection proposes an unmistakable aesthetic of industrial style through the use of aluminum transverse bars applied to a grid-shaped glass panel, the shape of which can be adjusted as desired.

Line

The Line collection features doors with an aluminum frame (the same as the Mitica collection) with a central glass panel on which aluminum cross bars are placed on both sides. This door, whose position, direction and inclination can be adjusted as desired, allows the creation of three different aesthetic configurations that can meet different stylistic and design needs.

Golden Gate

The Golden Gate collection features four different types of doors: a warm fabric panel available in a variety of colors that is interwoven with slanted, vertical or horizontal glass panels with lowered slats. The overlapping of these panels creates a fascinating and unique effect.

Piano

The Piano collection features a door with an aluminum frame that is closed between two glass panels. The effect achieved by this type of assembly gives the door a perfectly flat, boxy appearance, making it suitable for the most prestigious spaces.

Ipe

IPE is a sliding opening system consisting of double glass panels that are characterized by an extremely minimalistic design. The full-height handle connects to an aluminum frame that looks like a thin blade thanks to the coloring of the visible part within the space between the two glass panels.

Levant

LEVANT is a filter that enables the regulation of light and visual connections both inside and outside the living space. The mirrored surface consists of accentuated parts of a triangular cross-section, designed to allow the passage of light while at the same time limiting visibility. Two versions are available: MINIMAL with the main surface on thin slats and PLUS with the main surface on thicker strips. LEVANT is completely made of aluminum, which makes the door suitable for outdoor use as protection from wind and sun. The door frame is made of vertical and transverse elements measuring 36×38 mm.

Mimetic

Dynamism and harmony are the keywords for MIMETICA, a sliding door system that "camouflages" with a lift-up panel and breaks the monotony of surfaces with a rhythm that creates a continuous textured background. A thin groove along the height serves as a handle for opening and closing these sliding panels. Many materials can be used in this new model, such as wood, sophisticated ceramic tiles that other brands of the Boffi Group | DePadova use to create their products.

Materica_Filomuro_04_Bilico_1-1024x683.jpg

Uterus

The Materica collection enables the creation of doors in which aluminum is combined with several materials such as stone, metal, porcelain and ceramics. The result is a door that becomes an integral part of the architecture when inserted into the plane of the material wall, becoming a part of it that opens to the surrounding space.

Alas

The ALA collection features doors with leaves made of thick wood (60 mm). The result is large movable curtains integrated into the walls that contain them. This peculiarity, combined with the possibility of creating large openings, makes them essentially part of a self-moving wall.

Light

Light is an "invisible" collection. The glass sash slides inside the architectural space thanks to an innovative system. By eliminating the visual impact of the frame, which is reduced to one upper cross profile, the Light collection guarantees maximum transparency, clean aesthetics and light.

Tessa

The visual lightness achieved with the 38 mm thick wood panels gives the TESA collection a sense of sensory rigidity that inevitably evokes the minimalist aesthetics of stretched canvas. In some types of opening systems, the volume of the wooden panel is completed with an aluminum door panel. Its stylized simplicity allows it to be balanced with the surrounding volumes, which makes it suitable for any type of environment.

Showering

The Showering collection should not be understood only as a simple shower cabin, but as an architectural system capable of creating, in accordance with the configuration and dimensions, real rooms in which water is the main element. These are new types of spaces in which the goal is not only to retain water, but also to create spaces that convey aesthetic well-being to everyone who experiences them, in complete harmony with the environment. The innovative system enables the creation of stylistic, chromatic and material continuity between the rooms and the door leading to the room, thus creating a completely new, harmonious scenario.
